Aubin establishes new office in Dubai

Materials technology and engineering specialists Aubin Group has established a new office in Dubai following significant business success in the Middle East.

The firm enjoyed growth of 52 per cent in the region this year from the sale of its Well Services and Pipelines products, achieving a turnover of more than $6.5million at its year end in June.

Ray Stirton is Well Services and Pipelines director at Aubin and heads up the company in the Middle East.  He said:  “We are committed to expanding our local presence in the Middle East and are working with strategic partners in the region to help us realise our ambitious growth strategy.

“Our clients told us they want to be able to rely on the prompt availability of quality additives.  We listened and have acted quickly.  We are in talks with a number of parties about holding our stock to further improve the availability and delivery of additives that are urgently required by our customers.

“It is vital that we align ourselves to our customers’ objectives with closer integration and reduced response times to meet their requirements.  We continually enhance our range of products, such as cement and stimulation additives, in response to market needs.

“We expect to increase the size of our operation as we continue to deliver high quality, safe and readily available products in the region.”

As well as the success of its Well Services division, Aubin Group’s range of pipeline products are also enjoying expansion in the Middle East.

“We are working on some very exciting projects to pig pipelines which have become partially blocked and therefore cannot be pigged by conventional techniques.

“Overall we are delighted with our growth and performance in the Middle East where we have established an excellent reputation for supplying products with a consistent and high quality performance.

“We are committed to significant investment in the area which will continue into the future.”
